Vegan Pancakes

Servings: 4 people


Liquid Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp melted vegan butter
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • Whisk together all the liquid ingredients. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl or stand mixer, whisk together the dry ingredients. 
  • Add the liquids to the dry and whisk or mix in the stand till smooth.
  • Cook pancakes in a griddle on medium heat turning over once bubbles formed on the top.
  • Top with favorite fruits, vegan butter, and maple syrup.
